Data Engineering Competence Lead – Antwerpen/Limburg/Hybrid

We build the next generation industrial and IoT data platforms based on technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Databricks, ….

We work on a multitude of data platforms: from ingesting IoT data into data lakes, to streaming notifications on sensor data.

What do we expect from a Data Engineering Competence Lead

• Experience – You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Knowledge – You have an excellent knowledge of Apache, Python and Databricks. You have a good knowledge of Azure, Power BI and Java/Scale.

• Motivators – You’re driven by quality of delivery, technical challenges and new technologies, sharing knowledge and guiding others. You are turned off by code missing unit tests and badly documented data models.

• Skills – You have technical depth and the right amount of team spirit. You are goal oriented.
